One more shot
You may remember (my shoulders have not forgotten) that we underwent a lot of injections to be up to date with several immunizations. The booster for the vaccine against meningitis has to be received 6 months after the first shot. We received it yesterday: we were a little late according to the medical schedule. It has been very difficult to get the vaccines. You cannot find them everywhere, because in Chile, it is not mandatory to be vaccinated against meningitis... except for the foreigners who ask for long-term visas.

The idea for The French Words
To Say It collection is based on two well known facts:
1) it is easier to learn the vocabulary of an activity you enjoy doing,
2) it is quicker to learn in a real-life situation.
Of course, a language is more than just a set of words.
Therefore, I am also providing you with Notes, Examples and/or Exercises,
to help you with your Grammar.
Level: intermediate. A collection of recipes in English
and in French.
The French version is printed on the right page, the English version on
the left one.
Prepare the recipes and enjoy the cakes: it is more delectable than learning
long and boring lists of words.
The vocabulary necessary to perform the activity you have chosen to learn
is naturally the most important. Soon you will know the French words and
phrases in Pastry Making. You will be able to follow a pastry making course
during you holidays in France and to understand the chef's tips on French
TV shows.
Meanwhile, you will improve your general knowledge of the French language
because all sentences use the same rules of grammar.
Of course doing the Exercises and checking your answers will help.

When you watch the performance from behind the scenes, the magic simply
